Civil IoT Taiwan X King One Design
3D Modeling Island Website: Enhancing the Immersion of Civic Information Dissemination and Connectivity! The Executive Yuan has brought together the National Science Council, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ministry of the Interior, Digital Ministry, Environmental Protection Agency, Academia Sinica, and Council of Agriculture under the collaborative initiative "Civic Public IoT Project." The objective is to establish a digital symbiosis among the government, industries, and citizens. In 2023, King One Design took the reins to create an innovative application and service website for the Civic Public IoT. Through this multifaceted intelligent platform, the utilization of big data, IoT, and AI technologies in addressing civic tech projects like earthquakes, water resources, and air quality are cleverly showcased. Both the industrial and civic sectors can profoundly immerse themselves in this "smart reality," ensuring seamless access to civic information.
The latest design trends and updates
How does the government assist industries and citizens in utilizing the functionalities of the Internet of Things (IoT) for public welfare? In 2023's latest achievements, King One's design utilizes 3D modeling to create an animated visual of an island, leading everyone on an immersive journey and embarking on the exploration of the IoT. The island comprises seven distinct zones, each tailored to the increasingly challenging natural environment and resources. Within each zone, numerous research and development achievements closely aligned with daily life are presented, conveying the core purpose of the "Public Welfare IoT Project." This project leverages big data, IoT, and AI technologies, utilizing data from air quality, water resources, and earthquake sensing stations established across various regions.
It focuses on four major domains: earthquakes, water resources, air quality, and disaster prevention and relief. This initiative drives the vision of government digital governance and citizen digital participation in a smart city context, where just a handheld device is needed to access vital public information.
King One Design creates an imaginative composite civic information website through a 3D island concept.
On the 3D island website, within the hyper-realistic digital environment, there are seven distinct zones – transportation, construction sites, urban areas, buildings, mountain regions, agricultural zones, and industrial zones. These areas offer 720-degree panoramic exploration and application of information.
Internet of Things: Smart' Right by Your Side
Upon arriving at the website, there is a guide available to provide explanations of the site's functionalities and key information points.
In addition to presenting fresh content and innovative technological applications, there are also 13 captivating videos showcasing the culmination of achievements from various academic institutions.
In the hyper-realistic virtual environment, all nodes of the island are presented through 3D animations, illustrating solutions to civil issues such as water, air, and land disasters.
Smart Website X Smart City
Digital Minister Audrey Tang once stated, "The overarching vision of the Digital Ministry is a 'Diverse Universe': being present together, exchanging code." With the launch of the "Smart Living Public IoT - Innovative Applications and Services" website, we can now experience firsthand the digital engagement of being present together.
How do people perceive coexistence with nature? By having an immersive 3D interactive website as an intermediary, people are more willing to actively understand and grasp information related to public concerns such as earthquakes, air pollution, and water contamination.
The achievements of the "Smart Living Public IoT - Innovative Applications and Services" website cover four major domains: water resources, air quality, earthquakes, and disaster prevention and relief. Designed by King One Design, these domains are made more accessible, utilizing data and information from the IoT platform and combining software and hardware developments for various fields. Within the 3D island setting, there are seven distinct areas including transportation, construction sites, urban areas, buildings, mountains, agricultural zones, and industrial areas. Users can explore and apply information in a 720-degree panoramic view. Notable features of the website include 3D animations illustrating solutions for water, air, and land-related disasters at all nodes across the island, real-time updates of the latest achievements on the backend, and guided navigation upon entering the website to explain its functions and highlights. In summary, both the operational and user sides can experience the immediacy and interactivity of this intelligent website.
Are you ready to connect with the future of smart cities? The "Smart Living Public IoT - Innovative Applications and Services" website for the year 2023 awaits your exploration.
