King One Design and Chin Fong are long-time trusted partners and were scheduled to collaborate again this year at the Taipei International Machine Tool Show (TIMTOS). However, due to the pandemic, the in-person exhibition would need to wait until a later year; with the exhibition shut down, many businesses seeking to exhibit their products could only spin their wheels. But Chin Fong took the initiative to cooperate with us to create the latest Chin Fong Online Exhibition, attracting attention from a wide range of customers and reaching a new wave of marketing fever.
Digital Transformation｜Suspended Exhibitions Are No Worry: Chin Fong Shifts to Online Exhibition and Captures Global Market
Chin Fong is the largest press forging equipment manufacturer in Taiwan, with products that are sold worldwide and well known throughout the industry. Digital Technology｜King One Design: In-House & All-Inclusive
After the first digital interactive design collaboration between Chin Fong and King One Design in 2018, we followed it up by collaborating on an augmented reality (AR) app, the Chin Fong AR Virtual Factory. Time after time, King One and Chin Fong have demonstrated their determination and strength to move into the vast digital blue ocean!
The online exhibition created for 2021 features an online booth, which allows 360° viewing, and an ultra-detailed model of a tooling machine. Through the continuous optimization of modeling technology, King One’s design not only presents the tooling machine in detail, but also perfectly reproduces difficult visual details such as the metallic luster of the machine. In addition, the animation of the tooling machine’s operation is incredibly smooth, showcasing the functioning product to customers with ease, and making customers feel like they’re really at an exhibition.
