As environmental awareness continues to rise, "green exhibitions" have become a global trend in the exhibition industry. With the aim of reducing the environmental impact of events, green exhibitions primarily promote three key actions: Waste Reduction (Reduce), Reuse (Reuse), and Recycling (Recycle), collectively known as the "3R" strategy.
Digital devices have become the shining stars in booth design, energy-efficient and sustainably glowing. Green exhibitions, with the core principles of the "3R" strategy, paint a picture of a sustainable future!

Reducing waste volume, with sustainability as the starting point for utilization.
In our daily lives, using eco-friendly utensils, thermos cups, and the like has become common practice, but how can the exhibition industry follow the 3R strategy?
1. Use sustainable items for decorations and furnishings, such as tables, chairs, modular lighting fixtures, and non-disposable display counters.
2. Choose systematic or eco-friendly building materials, when constructing booths, focusing on materials that can be reused or recycled.
3. Replace large printed graphics with digital screens, reducing paper usage and achieving a carbon reduction effect.
Let's take a look at the latest examples of sustainable booth designs!
(1.) Florida NPE 2024 – Friendly Recycling, Green Booths
At the 2024 Florida NPE 2024, King One Design planned sustainable booths for well-known companies such as Kosen, based on the concept of "Eco-Friendly and Sustainable Booths." The materials chosen for construction included eco-friendly options such as square aluminum, stretch fabric, aluminum components, and Sintra boards, achieving an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) booth design. This approach allowed the exhibition itself to become a vibrant expression of social responsibility and environmental sustainability.

From paper to screen, achieving digital transformation in green exhibitions.
In exhibitions, many promotional materials are needed, such as flyers, large display panels, and posters, most of which are single-use items. If digital devices can replace these, it not only reduces paper usage but also enhances the viewer's experience. Digital devices can increase interactivity at the exhibition and strengthen brand impression.

The integration of virtual and physical elements creates a richer and more immersive exhibition experience, achieving optimal exhibition effectiveness.
As the trend of virtual and physical integration continues to evolve, digital devices have made exhibitions more flexible and multi-dimensional. They not only effectively promote environmental concepts but also provide immersive interactive experiences for attendees. This allows brand messages to be communicated in a more vivid and impactful way, while also raising awareness of sustainability. From digital display walls to AR interactive games, audiences can better understand the connection with the brand through real-life experiences, sparking greater concern for environmental issues, and taking the exhibition’s effectiveness to a whole new level!
Digital devices redefine the green exhibition experience, creating a three-win scenario.
The application of digital devices in green exhibitions, driven by technology-driven innovation, helps reduce resource waste and carbon emissions. The use of eco-friendly materials for construction not only enhances the environmental standards of the exhibition but also creates a win-win-win scenario for the "Earth, Customers, and Enterprises," driving the industry toward a sustainable future of development.
